In both warranty work & home construction, all data collected is related to one thing: the home. This project’s aim was to provide a clean and consistent area for all users to find the information that is relevant to their current job at hand.

Work Details
Work orders consist of 3 major areas: Order details, attempts & activity logs. My primary goal was to make sure all 3 areas were easily accessible without overloading the users.
Solutions
— Created a work order dashboard to highlight issues and open orders
— Provided a tabbed navigation to access all core areas

— Needed a dedicated space for each work order
— Home details need to hold all work orders for a home
— Dispatchers need to be provided with all work order priorities

Work Progression
As a work order is being completed, dispatchers require different information about the issues & repairs being done. I needed to display all the various states that an order and its tasks could go through in this process

It is essential that the home details be accessible from anywhere. My focus was how they were being accessed from a dispatch card, but anywhere an address is visible is an entry point into the page.
